On my first order ever, they failed to confirm receipt of my glasses until I asked about a week later. Until I SHOWED them the tracking report, they told me that USPS was slow and that was the issue. Then they magically found them after three emails.
Then they broke my frames.
They informed me promptly and offered a refund or the option to pick new frames. The experience sucked because I loved those frames, and now I have to pay more than I planned to buy new glasses. Thank goodness for Warby Parker's home try-on program.
Going forward, I'll stick to replacealens.com for all mail-order lens replacements. They've done two pairs for me with no issues.

My prescription required a prism adjustment but they did not put that into my lenses - even though I not only sent a copy of my prescription but also asked them if they would be doing this. I only discovered it a year later when I had my annual eye exam because I had never had a prism adjustment before and thus didn't realize the blurriness was because the lenses were incorrect. They refused to acknowledge their mistake or to give me a refund.

I bought 2 pairs of prescription sunglasses from this website less than a week before my anniversary vacation in Florida. I ordered thinking they’d arrive before I left but saw that they would arrive the first day of my vacation. I contacted customer service and they shipped them to my hotel at no extra charge! I will add they were already in process of shipping to my house in the Midwest! They got there fast and looked great! I was very impressed because my prescription is a very strong one it was -5.5 on one eye and -5.25 on another. The website said it could take longer because it was a stronger prescription but they were fast! I would’ve bought more but I had lasik in December and can now buy cheap $5 sunglasses. If you can’t get Lasik I strongly recommend this company! The best part they are cheaper than zenni for strong prescriptions!
